showerCan you believe it? Is nothing safe anymore? It now appears that daily ritual of taking a shower can deliver

a face full of potentially pathogenic bacteria.

which means it’s probably not good even if you’re not immune compromised.

I’ve actually heard that taking showers was bad before, but I thought it had something to do with the inhalation of steam. Not sure why that would be a problem, so I just ignored it.

But this report seems to shed some additional light on the subject

At the very least you need to switch from that plastic showerhead, you may be using, to a metal one.

Come to think of it, maybe that’s the reason for the French Paradox!

  1. Well, at least your team is kicking ass in the Fantasy Football League.

  2. Yeah, but there’s 16 more weeks to go. Hopefully my guys can keep it up!

  3. The problem with inhaling the steam in your shower, at least the one I know about, is if you have well water with high manganese.
I also have also read that chlorine is a problem for some reason, but the author did not cite any evidence.
