		<description>Well, the message says you are out riding your bike, so I guess that is a good sign.  It is not quite 7 a.m. California time.  This will have to substitute for a Meebo.  As long as you are feeling good, just keep pedaling along.  It kinda sucks that we are tied to doctor&#039;s appointments and lab work When things are headed in the wrong direction, on paper anyway, we can&#039;t wait for the next one because we just know it will be better.  You are a strong guy and I have been amazed at all the physical activity you are able to engage in.  Heck, I get winded tying my shoes :)  Hang in there and you can handle whatever is around that next curve.  Praying that it is a nice, long stretch of level road!</description>
